RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All apparel sold through West End Ritual is made-to-order through our third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). For this reason, all sales are final, except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

4. Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, we will work with Printful to arrange a replacement.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If the package is returned to the sender, re-shipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
